We have moved into the 'new year, new me' part of the year. Most people give themselves resolutions for the new year. It's important to not pressure yourself too much and create realistic goals. How does your goal benefit you? What are the steps you may take to get there? And finally, remember that you have more than just the year 2020 to reach these goals. It's also okay to not have goals!
